Bakery Policies
Changes in Orders
We understand changes of plan may occur so we will allow for 1 change to be made to an order. The changes must be made 7 days prior to delivery or pick up date. You may email or call us to make those changes.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations up to 15 days prior the delivery or pick up date. There will be charges made for cancellations if not made within that time frame.
15 days or more prior to pick up or delivery date: free cancelation
7 days or more prior to pick up or delivery date: 50% of the entire order will still be charged, only 50% will be refunded. If there is any balance pending this will be due immediately.
Less than 7 days prior to pick up or delivery date: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. If there is any balance pending this will be due immediately.
Refund Policy
We take pride in all of our products and work hard to ensure you enjoy. If you are unhappy with your order/ purchase immediately notify us. All sales are FINAL. No CASH refunds will be issued only store credit or exchanges.
Alicia’s Sugar House is not responsible for orders/ products once they leave our premises.
Full refunds (Store Credit) are only issued if the product is damaged and is determined (by our discretion) to not meet our standards. Please understand no refunds will be issued if the product has been eaten by over 50%. Store credit will not be issued if the customer does not contact us within 48 hours.
Special orders that are not picked up will not be refunded.
